| 3 cups cooked rice | 3 T butter, melted | 1/4 t curry powder |
| 1/4 cup parsley, minced | 1 t salt | 1/4 toasted almonds, finely chopped |
| 1 | Blend butter and curry powder. Add to rice. Mix in parsley, salt, and almonds. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. |
