INGREDIENTS:
4 cups rice, cooked 2 t salt 2 eggs
1 t sherry 1 T green onions, minced 4 T oil



1 Combine rice, salt, eggs, sherry, and onions in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, using a wooden spoon. Place oil in a wok or skillet and heat at high temperature. Add rice mixture. Stir constantly for 8 minutes, or until grains separate.
