| 4 cups rice, cooked | 2 t salt | 2 eggs |
| 1 t sherry | 1 T green onions, minced | 4 T oil |
| 1 | Combine rice, salt, eggs, sherry, and onions in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, using a wooden spoon. Place oil in a wok or skillet and heat at high temperature. Add rice mixture. Stir constantly for 8 minutes, or until grains separate. |
