Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. |

In small mixing bowl mix together butter and crumbs. In 10x6x2-inch dish layer 1/3 of crumb mixture, 1/2 of drained oysters, 1/2 of seasonings, then 1/3 of remaining crumbs, rest of oysters, seasonings and crumbs. |

Mix milk with oyster liquid and pour evenly over top. |

With knife, poke 3 to 4 holes through layers so liquid goes to bottom. Microwave at high 7 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parsley. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, until oysters are firm when pierced with fork. |
