| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 eggs, hard-boiled | 3 Tbs mayonnaise | 1 Tbs minced sweet onion |
| 1 Tbs fresh dill, chopped | several sprigs of fresh dill | 1 tsp paprika |
| 1 | Carefully slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash the yolks lightly with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise until well incorporated. Mix in the sweet onion, chopped dill, and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. |
| 2 | Using a teaspoon, fill the egg whites with the stuffing. Sprinkle on paprika and decorate with a sprig of dill. |
