Stuffed Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs, hard-boiled 3 Tbs mayonnaise 1 Tbs minced sweet onion
1 Tbs fresh dill, chopped several sprigs of fresh dill 1 tsp paprika



1 Carefully slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash the yolks lightly with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise until well incorporated. Mix in the sweet onion, chopped dill, and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
2 Using a teaspoon, fill the egg whites with the stuffing. Sprinkle on paprika and decorate with a sprig of dill.
