| 5 egg yolks | 5 t granulated sugar | 1/2 pt Rye or Bourbon |
| 2 oz Jamaica Rum | 1 pt rich cream | 5 egg whites |

| 1 | Chill all ingredients thoroughly before beginning and work fast. Beat egg yolks and stir in sugar until dissolved. Stir in Rye or Bourbon and Rum slowly. Add cream beaten to a stiff foam. Beat egg whites and stir into mixture. Serve in punch cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. |
