Broccoli Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
2 10-oz pkgs frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten 1 cup grated sharp cheese pepper to taste
4 T chopped onion crushed Ritz carckers for topping 4 T butter



1 Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, pepper, and onion. Mix well. Add broccoli and turn into greased 2-qt baking dish, sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers, and dot with butter. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes until it bubbles and browns.
