| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 10-oz pkgs frozen broccoli | 1 can cream of mushroom soup | 1 cup mayonnaise |
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1 cup grated sharp cheese | pepper to taste |
| 4 T chopped onion | crushed Ritz carckers for topping | 4 T butter |
| 1 | Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, pepper, and onion. Mix well. Add broccoli and turn into greased 2-qt baking dish, sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers, and dot with butter. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes until it bubbles and browns. |
