| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup onion, chopped | 1 clove garlic, minced | 6 Tbsp butter |
| 4 veal slices, pounded and cut into thin strips | salt and pepper to taste | 1 cup cream |
| 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced | 2 Tbsp brandy | noodles or rice |
| 1 | In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in 4 Tbsp butter until onion is tender or translucent. Add veal and saute for 2-3 minutes per side. Season if you wish. Add cream; simmer covered, for 10 minutes. |
| 2 | In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in remaining butter for 2-3 minutes. Add brandy and combine with veal. Serve with noodles or rice. |
