Veal in Cream

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 6 Tbsp butter
4 veal slices, pounded and cut into thin strips salt and pepper to taste 1 cup cream
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 Tbsp brandy noodles or rice



1 In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in 4 Tbsp butter until onion is tender or translucent. Add veal and saute for 2-3 minutes per side. Season if you wish. Add cream; simmer covered, for 10 minutes.
2 In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in remaining butter for 2-3 minutes. Add brandy and combine with veal. Serve with noodles or rice.
