| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 Tbsp butter | 1/4 cup onion, diced | 1-1/2 tsp flour |
| 3/4 cup half & half | 1/4 tsp salt | white pepper to taste |
| 1-1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped | ||
| 1 | Thaw. To saute, preheat 1-1/2 tsp oil. Saute filets over medium heat for 2-1/2 minutes per side. Serve two per person. Following is a mild, creamy onion sauce to accompany four veal filets. |
| 2 | Melt butter. Saute onion until slightly browned. Add flour. Stir in half and half. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in parsley. Spoon over filets or serve on the side. |
