Veal Filet Mignons

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup onion, diced 1-1/2 tsp flour
3/4 cup half & half 1/4 tsp salt white pepper to taste
1-1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped



1 Thaw. To saute, preheat 1-1/2 tsp oil. Saute filets over medium heat for 2-1/2 minutes per side. Serve two per person. Following is a mild, creamy onion sauce to accompany four veal filets.
2 Melt butter. Saute onion until slightly browned. Add flour. Stir in half and half. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in parsley. Spoon over filets or serve on the side.
