French Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
12 eggs 1/4 tespoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons whipping cream



1 Combine eggs, salt, salt, and pepper; stir briskly with a fork until blended. Mix butter in a large skillet, rotating skillet to coat bottom; and egg mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are firm, but still moist. Remove from heat; stir in cream. Serve immediately.
