| 6 eggs | 6 t powdered sugar | 1 t all-spice |
| 3/4 oz Brandy | 1-1/2 oz Jamaica Rum | hot milk or water |

| 1 | Separate eggs and beat whites to stiff froth. Add 6 t of sugar and all-spice. Mix thoroughly. Beat yolks until thin and mix with whites. Stir well. Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture into mug. Add Brandy and Rum to each mug and fill up with milk or water and sprinkle with nutmeg. |
