Green Peppers with Pork (Chaeyuk Ko Chu Chae)

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 pound lean pork 3 bell peppers 1 large clove garlic
2 scallions 1 tablespoon sesame oil dash black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame seeds



1 Shred the pork into match-shaped pieces. Quarter the peppers, then slice them thin across the grain. Mince the garlic. Cut the scallions into 2-inch pieces.
2 Heat 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil in a pan and add the pork. Stir-fry until brown. Add the garlic, scallions and black pepper. Stir for a moment. Add the remaining oil and green peppers. Cook for no longer than 5 minutes or until just tender. Add soy sauce 1 minute before removing from pan.
3 Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with the sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
