INGREDIENTS:
2 cakes bean curd pinch salt pinch pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil flour for dredging 1 egg, slightly beaten



1 Cut each bean curd into about 6 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dredge the bean curd in flour, then dip them into a beaten egg and saute for about 4 minutes or until golden on both sides.
