INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup kochu chang 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds



1 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place a small amount in a saucer, one per person, so that each may dip his food into the sauce easily.
