Grease a baking dish with margarine. |

Place bottom half of croissants side by side in baking dish. Set aside. |

Mix together orange marmalade and orange liqueur. Spread two thirds of marmalade mixture on croissants in baking dish. Cover with top half of croissants. Set aside. |

Mix together almond extract, cream, and Egg Beaters and pour over croissants. Spread remaining marmalade over top. |

Chill in refrigerator overnight. |

Preheat oven to 350 F. |

Bake for about 30 minutes, until eggs have set and top is crusty and browned. |
