Honey-Cinnamon Grits

INGREDIENTS:
2-1/3 cups water 1 cup skim milk 2/3 cup hominy grits
1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon



1 Combine water and milk in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Slowly stir in hominy grits and return to a boil. Add salt.
2 Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Remove from heat and stir in honey and cinnamon.
