| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2-1/3 cups water | 1 cup skim milk | 2/3 cup hominy grits |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 2 tablespoons honey | 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
| 1 | Combine water and milk in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Slowly stir in hominy grits and return to a boil. Add salt. |
| 2 | Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
| 3 | Remove from heat and stir in honey and cinnamon. |
