| 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder | 1 beaten egg | 1 tablespoon instant minced onion |
| 1-1/2 pounds ground beef | 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted | |
| 1 | Blend dry milk with 1/4 cup cold water; stir in egg, onion, and 1 tespoon salt. Add meat; mix well. Shape in 6 patties, 3/4 inch thick. Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn; broil 4 to 6 minutes longer. Serve in buns. |
