| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound ground beef | 1 16-ounce can tomatoes | 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1 teaspoon chili powder | 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard | 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon sugar | 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted | 2 cups shredded lettuce |
| 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded process American cheese | ||
| 1 | Brown beef in skillet till crumbly; drain off fat. Add tomatoes, garlic salt, chili powder, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Stir well, breaking up large pieces of tomato. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon over toasted buns. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheese. |
