Pear, Nut and Blue Cheese Salad

INGREDIENTS:
12 pound mixed, rinsed salad greens 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese Balsamic vinegar dressing
1 large pear 1/2 cup coarsely chopped. toasted hazelnuts (or your favorite nut)



1 In a bowl, combine greens and blue cheese. Toss with enough Balsamic Vinegar Dressing to lightly coat leaves. Taste and adjust seasonings. Arrange salad on platter. Cut pear into thin slices and arrange on top greens. Sprinkle toasted hazelnuts on top.
2 BALSAMIC VINEGAR DRESSING: In a small bowl, blend together 5 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Season with salt to taste.
