INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup prepared horseradish 1 cup pineapple preserves 1 cup apple jelly
2 tablespoons dry mustard lemon slices, parsley, or mint for garnish crackers, optional
cream cheese, optional



1 Drain horseradish. Combine with pineapple preserves, apple jelly, and dry mustard.
2 Chill in refrigerator.
3 Garnish with lemon slices, parsley, or mint.
4 If desired, serve on crackers with cream cheese.
