| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 16-ounce can tiny peas | 3 medium onions | canola oil |
| 4 hard-boiled eggs | 3/4 cup chopped walnuts | salt, to taste |
| pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Drain peas and set aside. |
| 2 | Saute onions in canola oil. |
| 3 | Combine drained peas, sauteed onions, 1 whole hard-boiled egg and the whites of the other 3 hard-boiled eggs, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Mix in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. |
