INGREDIENTS:
1 16-ounce can tiny peas 3 medium onions canola oil
4 hard-boiled eggs 3/4 cup chopped walnuts salt, to taste
pepper to taste



1 Drain peas and set aside.
2 Saute onions in canola oil.
3 Combine drained peas, sauteed onions, 1 whole hard-boiled egg and the whites of the other 3 hard-boiled eggs, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Mix in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.
4 This dish can be frozen.
