| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound boiled ham, chopped | 3 egg yolks | 1 slice stale white bread without crust, soaked in a little milk |
| 1 tablespoon chopped onion | 1/2 cup bouillon | 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 1/2 tablespoon Madeira |
| 3 egg whites | ||
| 1 | Mix all the ingredients together except the egg whites. Beat these until stiff and fold into the mixture. Place this mixture in a greased pudding mold. Cover well and steam in a pan of hot water in a 350 F. oven for 1-1/4 hours and unmold. |
