Ham Timbale (Timbale van ham)

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound boiled ham, chopped 3 egg yolks 1 slice stale white bread without crust, soaked in a little milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 cup bouillon 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 tablespoon Madeira
3 egg whites



1 Mix all the ingredients together except the egg whites. Beat these until stiff and fold into the mixture. Place this mixture in a greased pudding mold. Cover well and steam in a pan of hot water in a 350 F. oven for 1-1/4 hours and unmold.
