INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cold boiled potatoes 3 tablespoons butter or oil 1/2 teaspoon salt
chopped parsley



1 Slice the cold boiled potatoes. Fry the slices in butter or oil and salt in a frying pan. Serve topped with chopped parsley. This dish is always on the menu, even in the smallest restaurant, usually served with biefstuk-filet migon-and salad.
