| 1/2 cup walnut oil or olive oil | 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar | 3 tablespoons honey |
| 2 cups very thinly sliced red onins | 2 5-ounce bags mixed baby greens | 4 small red-skinned apples (such as Braeburn), halved, cored, thinly sliced |

| 1 | Whisk oil, vinegar, and honey in medium bowl to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in onions. Let stand at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. |
