| 1 thick (1-in) slice French bread | butter | 1 slice bologna |
| 1 slice bologna | 1 slice salami | 1/2 cup sauerkraut |
| 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese | ||
| 1 | Spread the bread with butter. Cut bologna and salami in halves. Alternate the half-slices over bread, then top with sauerkraut. Sprinkle cheese over top. |
