INGREDIENTS:
1 thick (1-in) slice French bread butter 1 slice bologna
1 slice bologna 1 slice salami 1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese



1 Spread the bread with butter. Cut bologna and salami in halves. Alternate the half-slices over bread, then top with sauerkraut. Sprinkle cheese over top.
2 Place sandwich on paper or china plate. Microwave at high 2 to 3 minutes, giving sandwich 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
3 NOTE: 8-oz can sauerkraut, drained, makes 2 sandwiches, 1-lb to 1-lb 4oz can makes 5 to 6 sandwiches.
4 NOTE: To heat 4 sandwiches, place on plate or platter and heat 6 to 7 minutes, giving plate 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
