INGREDIENTS:
1 lb calf's liver, sliced flour to tip 4 strips bacon
2 tbls butter salt and pepper



1 Dip liver in flour. Fry liver and bacon together in hot butter on both sides. Season and arrange on a hot plate. Serve with rice or potatoes.
