| 1/2 cup orange juice | 1/2 cup dry white wine | 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 3 T butter, melted | 2 T lemon juice | 3/4 t curry powder |
| 6 bananas, green-tipped | ||
| 1 | Combine orange juice, wine, sugar, butter, lemon juice, and curry powder in a saucepan. Simmer until thick and syrupy. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in a buttered baking dish. Pour on syrup. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. Baste often. |
