Chocolate Mint Fondue

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz/250g semisweet chocolate, chopped 1/2 cup/125ml whipping (35%) cream 1 tbsp/15ml creme de menthe
1 tbsp/15ml finely chopped peppermints



1 In the top of a double boiler, over hot (not boiling water), heat cream until warm. Add chocolate, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cream de menthe and transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame. Stir in chopped peppermints.
2 Spear a piece of fruit or cake with fondue fork and dip in fondue.
3 Serve with angel food cake cubes, ladyfingers, pineapple chunks, cherries, marshmallows.
