| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb beans | 1 egg | 1 oz onion |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley | 1/2 lb diced ham or sausage | 2 ozs breadcrumbs (6 tablespoons) |
| 1 | Soak the beans overnight and cook until soft. Put through a sieve. Add the egg, the chopped fried onions, chopped parsley, salt and the diced ham. Now dip into flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot fat. Serve with salad. |
