| 10 eggs, beaten | 1/2 c butter, melted | 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
| 1 lb cottage cheese | 1/2 c flour | 1 tsp salt (optional) |
| 1 tsp baking powder | 1 (4 oz) can diced Ortega green chiles | |
| 1 | Combine eggs, melted butter, Jack and cottage cheeses, flour, salt, baking powder and green chiles in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into greased 9x13" Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 400 14 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake 35-45 minutes longer. |
