| 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion | 3 tablespoons butter or margarine | 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
| 1-1/4 cups milk | 1/2 cup dairy sour cream | 1 6-1/2-ounce dry white wine |
| 2 tablespoons snipped parsley | 4 baked patty shells or buttered toast points | |
| 1 | In a saucepan cook onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper. Add milk all at once; cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir about 1 cup of the hot milk mixture into sour cream; return all to saucepan. Add tuna, wine, and parsley. Heat through. Serve in patty shells or spoon over hot buttered toast points. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired. |
