| 1 head cauliflower | water to cover | 1 tsp salt |
| 3 tbls olive oil | 4 tbls soup stock | 2 tbls vinegar |

| 1 | Cook whole head of cauliflower in salted water until nearly done. Drain. Break up into little bouquets. Prepare marinade of other ingredients and mix in with bouquets. Allow to soak in thoroughly. Or cauliflower may be cooked in water to which vinegar and seasoning have been added, broken into bouquets and topped with mayonnaise. |
