| peanut oil for frying | mayonnaise assortment | |
| 1 | Cut the liver into strips about 1/4 inch wide. Dip them in egg whipped with a tiny bit of water, and then dredge them in farina. Deep-fry at 350 F. in the oil until barely brown. Set out mayonnaise, and dip the liver stick into any of your choice. Dilled, curried, or onion and parsleyed mayonnaises are only the beginning! |
