Swiss Cheese and Bacon Crepes

INGREDIENTS:
4 slices bacon, diced 6 slices Swiss cheese 6 basic crepes
butter or peanut oil for pan frying



1 Fry the bacon until crisp; drain the fat.
2 Place 1 slice Swiss cheese on a quarter of each crepe so that the crepe can be folded up into one-quarter of its original size. Place some bacon on the cheese, and fold up the crepe.
3 Lightly brown the crepes in the butter or oil on one side, and serve, browned side up, as a side dish for dinner.
