INGREDIENTS:
1 4 to 6-pound chicken 8 cups cold water 1 carrot, diced
2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped, include some leaves 1 onion, sliced 3 whole peppercorns
2 teaspoons salt



1 In a large saucepan, bring broth to boil over medium heat. Add nooldes. Cook until noodles are tender, about 20 minutes. Lower heat. Stir in chicken. Simmer 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
