Tahini Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup homemade yogurt or yogurt from the market 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) 1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped 2/3 cup finely chopped parsley
salt to taste



1 Gently mix the yogurt and tahini, then fold in the vegetables, along with the parsley and salt. Serve with red meat or fish dishes.
