| 1 | Place lettuce in collander or strainer. Blanch by pouring boiling water over lettuce. Spread aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 250 F. until crunchy. During the summer, it can be sun dried. Use to season salads, or like potato chips for munching. |
