INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked fish, flaked 3 tbls cream 1 tbls vinegar or lemon juice
beef stock, to proper consistency 1 tbls mustard, prepared salt and pepper
lemon slices parsley



1 Prepare marinade from all other ingredients and add fish. Let soak well and serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
