| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 tbls butter | 4 tbls flour | 1 onion, chopped |
| 2 cups water | 1 bay leaf | 2 cloves |
| 2 tbls vinegar | salt and pepper | paprika |
| 1 | Melt butter, add flour and slowly brown. Mix in onion. Add water little by little, stirring constantly. Season. Bring to a boil. Strain before serving. |
