Chocolate Cream (Schokoladecreme)

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg yolk 2 tbls sugar 1-1/2 oz chocolate, grated
3 tbls coffee, very strong 1 cup cream, whipped



1 Stir egg yolk and sugar to a froth. Melt chocolate, blend in coffee, combine with egg yolk. Beat thoroughly, fold in whipped cream, and chill. To serve, decorate with whipped cream.
