| 1 egg yolk | 2 tbls sugar | 1-1/2 oz chocolate, grated |
| 3 tbls coffee, very strong | 1 cup cream, whipped | |
| 1 | Stir egg yolk and sugar to a froth. Melt chocolate, blend in coffee, combine with egg yolk. Beat thoroughly, fold in whipped cream, and chill. To serve, decorate with whipped cream. |
