| 1 | Fill the bottom half of a tall glass with a tablespoon of each sweetened fruit or vegetable. Add crushed ice to cover the top half of the glass. Pour 1/3 cup of milk on the ice. Top with a small scoop of ice cream. Put a cherry on top. Serve with long-stemmed spoons. |
