INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs 2 cups sugar 1-1/2 pints whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla 2 drops lemon extract about 2 quarts of milk



1 In a very large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat thoroughly until sugar dissolves. Add cream, vanilla and lemon extract; blend thoroughly. Pour into freezer can. Add enough milk to fill can to within 2 inches of the top.
