| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 eggs | 2 cups sugar | 1-1/2 pints whipping cream |
| 1 tablespoon vanilla | 2 drops lemon extract | about 2 quarts of milk |
| 1 | In a very large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat thoroughly until sugar dissolves. Add cream, vanilla and lemon extract; blend thoroughly. Pour into freezer can. Add enough milk to fill can to within 2 inches of the top. |
