| 2-3 cups vegetable oil | 6-7 pieces chicken | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 3 tsp poultry seasoning | 1/2 tsp garlic salt | 1/2-3/4 cup self-rising flour |
| 1 | Heat oil in kettle. |
| 2 | Mix salt, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, and flour together in large bowl. |
