INGREDIENTS:
2-3 cups vegetable oil 6-7 pieces chicken 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2-3/4 cup self-rising flour



1 Heat oil in kettle.
2 Mix salt, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, and flour together in large bowl.
3 Dredge chicken, a piece at a time, in seasoned flour until well coated.
4 Place chicken in hot oil. Fry 10-20 minutes per side, depending on the size of the pieces.
