| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 250g/9oz plain yogurt | 200g/7oz mango, peeled and cut into chunks | 100g/3-1/2 oz mango pulp |
| 125ml/4 fl oz milk | 4 teaspoons white sugar | 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom |
| crushed ice, to serve | ||
| 1 | Place the yogurt, mango, mango pulp, milk, sugar and cardamom in a blender. Process for 2 minutes or until thick and smooth. |
| 2 | Pour the lassi over the crushed ice and serve immediately. Without the crushed ice, the lassi can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. |
