Mango Lassi

INGREDIENTS:
250g/9oz plain yogurt 200g/7oz mango, peeled and cut into chunks 100g/3-1/2 oz mango pulp
125ml/4 fl oz milk 4 teaspoons white sugar 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom
crushed ice, to serve



1 Place the yogurt, mango, mango pulp, milk, sugar and cardamom in a blender. Process for 2 minutes or until thick and smooth.
2 Pour the lassi over the crushed ice and serve immediately. Without the crushed ice, the lassi can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
