| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup finely chopped onion | 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper | 1/4 cup finely chopped celery |
| 3 tablespoons butter | 1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese, softened | 1 cup fine, soft bread crumbs (3 slices) |
| 1 teaspoon lemon juice | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1/8 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | In 1-qt casserole place onions, green pepper, celery and butter. Microwave at high 3 minutes, until slightly cooked. |
| 2 | Add cream cheese, crumbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together well. |
