| 1 lb goat cheese | 1 cup bread crumbs | 1 cup olive oil |
| 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar | 1/2 Tbsp marjoram, chopped | 1/2 Tbsp sage, chopped |
| 8 cups baby lettuce, mixed variety | 1 red pepper, roasted, julienne | 1 yellow pepper, roasted, julienne |

| 1 | Roll the goat cheese in bread crumbs. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 oven. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, prepare the herb dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs. |
