Baked Papaya

INGREDIENTS:
1 papaya, half ripe salt 1/2 t ground ginger
1 t lemon juice 2 T butter



1 Cut papaya in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Slice into serving pieces. Place in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, ginger, and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, or until tender. Baste occasionally.
