| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 papaya, half ripe | salt | 1/2 t ground ginger |
| 1 t lemon juice | 2 T butter | |
| 1 | Cut papaya in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Slice into serving pieces. Place in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, ginger, and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, or until tender. Baste occasionally. |
