In a bowl combine hemp seed with paprika, turmeric, garlic powder and cayenne. Mix well. |

In another bowl, beat eggs. Drip shrimp one at a time into egg, then coat with hemp-seed mixture. |

In a saucepan heat oil to 375 F (190 C) and transfer to fondue pot (or heat oil in an electric fondue). Do not fill fondue pot more than half full. |

Spear shrimp with fondue fork and fondue for 1 to 2 minutes or until browned. |

Serve with shrimp cooktail sauce, zesty mayonnaise, salsa verde, lemon dill dip. |
