| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 14oz/425g vanilla caramels | 1/2 cup/125ml light (5%) cream | 2 tbsp/25ml rum |
| 1 | In the top of double boiler, over hot (not boiling water), melt together caramels and cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in rum. |
| 2 | Transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame. |
| 3 | Spear a piece of fruit or cake with fondue fork and dip in fondue. |
| 4 | Serve with Granny Smith apple wedges, pear wedges, banana chunks, pineapple chunks, vanilla wafers, ladyfingers. |
