Almond Horseradish (Mandelkren)

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of horseradish 1 oz skinned almonds 1 oz skinned almonds
1 oz butter (2 tablespoons) 1 oz flour (3 tablespoons) 1 teaspoon sugar
salt, pepper to taste



1 Make en "Einmach" of the butter and the flour, add 1 cup of cold milk, boil and simmer until thick, add salt, sugar, pepper and the grated horseradish, serve at once.
2 These last sauces are served with boiled beef only.
