INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb roast lean meat (pork or veal) 1/2 lb lean boiled beef 1/2 lb boiled sliced potatoes
5 pickled cucumbers chopped chives



1 The cucumbers are peeled and chopped, the meat is cut finely and everything is mixed with a dressing consisting of : 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon french mustard, salt, pepper. Chopped capers and chives can be added.
